Our Fees

Note: We are not VAT registered and therefore do not charge VAT on our fees. Home Office application fees and tribunal fees are separate and payable directly.

Visa extensions and switching categories £850 Home Office Fee

Hourly Rate (For Complex or Unlisted Matters)

  • Grade A Solicitor: £312 per hour
  • Paralegals/Trainees (under supervision): £150 – £200 per hour

We will provide an estimate before starting work, and update you regularly throughout your matter.

Timescales

  • Visa applications: 1 – 4 months (depending on service type)
  • Appeals: 6 – 12 months (depending on tribunal scheduling)
  • Citizenship applications: 3 – 6 months

Supervision and Who Will Handle Your Matter

Taranjit Kaur – Principal Solicitor
Taranjit is the founder and principal solicitor of the firm, with over 16 years of experience in legal practice and supervises all matters handled by the team.

Day-to-day work may be carried out by other members of our legal support team, such as paralegals or trainee solicitors, under her direct supervision. You will always be informed of who is dealing with your case, and Taranjit will remain ultimately responsible for your file.
