We offer fixed-fee packages for some stages where the scope of work is clear. Please contact us to discuss.

Disbursements (If Required)

Additional third-party costs may apply, such as:

  • Barrister’s fees for hearings
  • Expert reports (e.g. medical evidence)
  • Travel, court filing, or document copying fees

We will always confirm these with you in advance and obtain your approval before proceeding.

Timescales

  • ACAS Early Conciliation: usually completed within 1 month
  • Employment Tribunal Claims: 6–18 months, depending on complexity and Tribunal scheduling
  • Settlements: can be reached at any stage before the hearing
