Complaints to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA)
If your concern relates to a solicitor’s professional conduct (e.g. dishonesty, discrimination, or misuse of client money), you can report this directly to the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
Please note that the SRA does not deal with complaints about poor service — these should go to the Legal Ombudsman.
To raise a concern with the SRA, visit:

We are authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA Number: 648769).
