These Terms of Business apply to all legal services provided by Link Solicitors.
1. Scope of Services
We will provide legal services as agreed in our engagement letter. Any changes will be confirmed in writing.
2. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, responding promptly to our queries, and providing instructions in a timely manner.
3. Fees & Payment Terms
Our fees will be calculated as per our Fees & Services information or as agreed in writing.
Disbursements (e.g., court fees, third-party charges) will be invoiced separately.
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
4. Confidentiality
We will keep your information confidential, except as required by law or for the proper conduct of your matter.
5. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to £[XX], unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Termination
You may terminate our services at any time by written notice. We may also terminate services for non-payment, conflict of interest, or other valid reasons with notice.
